Halleh graduated from the University of Colorado Law School in 2011.

While in law school, she worked as a student attorney in the University of Colorado Juvenile Law Clinic representing children as a Guardian ad Litem in dependency and neglect cases. In addition, she represented parents as respondent parent counsel in dependency and neglect cases.
